How to Order
You may order through our on-line secure store, by phone, fax, email, or purchase order. Feel free to contact our office anytime and speak with one of our staff members. We accept purchase orders from academic institutions and businesses, and would be happy to create a quote for your purchasing office. In some cases, an academic or a volume bundled discount may apply on certain items.
You may also create a quote by creating an "order" through our store, proceed to checkout, and select the option of "Purchase Order" under the Payment Information section. You will be prompted for a Purchase Order Number. You may put the words "Quote Only". Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct so that we can contact you for further information.
Warranty Policy
RoadNarrows fully supports all of its products. There is a full 30 day guarantee if you are not happy with your items for any reason.
All of our products are covered at a minimum by a 60 day limited warranty against defects in materials an manufacturing. Most of our products, however, are covered under a longer manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for further information.
Returns and Repairs
RoadNarrows will repair, replace, or ship the product back to the manufacturer if needed and as agreed upon by the customer. Return shipping fees are not covered by the warranty and will billed separately. Customers will be given an RMA number for tracking purposes. Please contact us first for an RMA number before shipping. If repairs are needed outside of the warranty period, RoadNarrows will provide a best-effort cost estimate.
