General Vision
General Vision (www.general-vision.com) designs and develops high-performance pattern recognition components and software based on the CogniMem neural network technology. Its product line includes OEM cameras and modules. They all have in common a trainable, expandable, high-speed neural network fully "hardwired", capable of recognition at high-speed without a single line of software and for a very reasonable price.
General Vision was established in 1987 and has a long experience in the development and integration of imaging systems for both scientific and industrial applications. Over the years, General Vision realized that image processing needed drastic changes to adapt to the exponential proliferation of images in the every day life and to understand their contents with realistic means and response time. The company is dedicated to demonstrate that a silicon neural network is the solution to this challenge and that it can be demystified, becoming a commodity for the image processing industry as well as consumer and scientific markets.
