E-Con Quick Start Guide

Scope:

This document describes how to setup and use the eCAM32-GSTX camera module from e-con Systems with a diverse set of Gumstix hardware configurations, including steps to obtain driver/software/kernel updates and configuring your boot settings to support various Gumstix COMs and displays.

Prerequisites:

The user should have a basic understanding of the Linux OS, including command line scripting (e.g. BASH). They should also be able to open a serial connection to the gumstix using a terminal emulation program such as picocom (Linux) or Tera Term (Windows).
